mixed feelings about my stay
poor air conditioning station noise
the room was not what i expected. the air conditioning barely worked, even after i asked them to fix it. it stayed uncomfortably warm, made sleeping difficult. also, the noise from the nearby station was noticeable. i could hear trains and people at almost any time of day. the experience felt underwhelming. especially for the price i paid.

polite staff fresh options great atmosphere
i found the staff to BE very polite. the breakfast offered good variety and fresh options. The location gave me easy access to transportation and attractions. i also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail and grand atmosphere.
i noticed the elevators were somewhat slow during peak hours.

insufficient air conditioning unhelpful staff
I found the air conditioning insufficient, even after it was supposedly unlocked on the second night. It never got cold enough. the front desk staff insisted it was working, a claim i found untrue. the refrigerator broke down the following day, but again, the staff insisted it was fine. uber could not stop directly in front. Only taxis were permitted. this made managing luggage difficult despite staff being present outside who offered no assistance.

excellent stay!
great size delicious buffet friendly staff
the location is unbeatable. the staff were friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. our room was a great size, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed. breakfast was a delicious buffet with so much variety. i will definitely stay again. i just loved everything!
I found the walls to be a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noise from the hallway.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. free weights. there is also a business center with several computers and a printer available for guest use, and everything is impeccably maintained.

The hotel offers daily housekeeping, and staff are always available at the front desk. concierge services are available to assist with reservations and travel arrangements. The service was fast and responsive. also, the staff can do currency exchange.

average stay with some downsides
outdated room inconvenient luggage
the room felt a bit outdated. i encountered some issues with the air conditioning, it struggled to keep the room cool enough (even after i asked for it to be adjusted). also, uber drivers were not allowed to stop directly in front of the building. staff did not offer help with this.
